Monday-Saterday
Do it in this order.
Do this work out three times a day Josh, No giving up man.
3 min on the kettlebell
10 push up's
10 crunches
3 mins on the kettlebell
10 crunches
5 chin ups
20 dips
BRAKE TIME so hit the punching bag for 15 mins (no punching bag, hit the air lol)
50 side to sides (no arm slings yet, then 100 bike extions)
3 min on the kettlebell
10 push up's
10 crunches
3 mins on the kettlebell
10 crunches
5 chin ups
20 dips

I tried slowly cutting down as well, but your best bet is to lock all of them up for 3-4 days. It hurts, but after 3days the physical cravings go. After that it's all mental.
